Training Services
Our training
expertise lies in our understanding of the training requirements of people
working in the Human Services field.
We are a
Registered Training Organisation and are qualified workplace trainers and
assessors (or in progress). We have
designed a complete package of training and assessments for Level 4 accredited
training for staff in the Community Sector.
We are very
pleased to undertake assignments for organisations which may wish to have
accredited training designed specially for their organisation.
We are also
pleased to give training workshops in-house to organisations, or groups of
organisations. We offer one day
training workshops weekly throughout the year at Fullarton. Please see our current Training Calendar for details of the
workshops being run currently.
Our specialist
training falls into four broad areas. These are:
- Program Planning and outcomes
measurement
- Organisational and Management
Development
- Mental Health
- Customer Service
Specialist
areas range from administration, planning and financial work to management, team
building and leadership to issues in relation to mental health. Our mental
health training is accredited under Community Services Mental Health Work
(non-clinical) training.
We are also
recognized as the acknowledged experts across Australia in the areas of
complaints handling and customer satisfaction in the Human Services.
