Australia is a consultancy, research and training firm that specialises in
assisting human service organisations.
We are based in
Adelaide, South Australia and work nationally and across the state.
Our major areas
of work are applied social research and consulting across a range of
human service areas, development and delivery of training specifically
designed for those who work in the human service sector, and facilitation
of workshops and consultations.
We publish a number of handbooks of interest to human service
organisations and staff, and hold biennial conferences in Adelaide on current
key issues in the sector which attract interstate speakers and
delegates. Papers given at these
conferences are published as conference proceedings and are available from
us.
Our mission is to link human service organisations with the
latest research, best practise and human service networks, thus enhancing
quality outcomes for both organisations and the consumers they serve.
